Your Discord ID is a long number, not your username. In Discord open Settings, then Advanced, switch on Developer Mode, right-click your own name and choose Copy User ID.
Check the address first
The same addresses are listed in the project repository, in server/donate.json. Compare them with the ones above before you send anything, so a tampered page cannot send your money somewhere else.
